What is T-REX

The T-REX is a sleek black 48 foot long mobile marketing, information and 30+ seat training Exhibit Semi-Trailer that is equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment, and a fully automated mini (5 gallon baths) anodizing/plating wet process line replica. T-REX will travel the country, holding 3 to 4 daily, 90-minute seminars.

T-REX will spread the word of METALAST, the “Benefits of Process Control” and introduce the wide range of products and metal finishing related services offered by METALAST and its Sponsors to a very targeted national and international market including manufacturers, end-users, engineering college students, governmental agencies and others.

Who can Attend

The T-REX is targeted towards Product and Design Engineers, Quality Control and Assurance personnel, Product Development, Chemical and Processing Engineers, Purchasing, Vendor Compliance and PTL’s (Project Team Leaders), senior level executives and other groups from manufacturers around the country who are interested in learning how process control can help cut costs and improve quality.

Tour Length

The METALAST T-REX National Tour is a three (3) year campaign primarily targeting domestic manufacturers engineering groups in the automotive, aerospace, aviation, sporting goods, electronics, telecommunications, marine, architectural, medical and consumer products industries around the country.

T-Rex Features

Classroom seating of 30-36 will give the attendees a full view of the METALAST wet process line, ceiling mounted and concealed drop down projection screen, 2 - large screen flat panel televisions, video and DVD projection, grease board, podium, wall displays, Sponsor logos and other visual aids. The T-Rex is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual and complete wireless Internet capabilities to keep the T-REX in constant communications with the T-REX Command Center and the METALAST Tech Center.

What is the Cost To Attend A Seminar?

Each of the 1 1/2 hour long seminars is offered to manufacturing companies and attendees at “no charge”, at their individual facilities. The T-REX can accommodate up to four (4) seminars daily at a single facility.

Operating Schedule

T-REX will operate approximately 44 to 46 weeks per year. The T-REX will hold seminars during the week at the facilities of manufacturers nationwide. The T-REX Coordinator is responsible for T-REX scheduling and will also be the direct liaison working with the manufacturers designated representative for determining date, time, site selection, security and individual seminar attendance.

The T-REX will also participate in various regional and national trade shows which target engineers involved in the manufacturing of metal products
